Save pages to your own Shirushi server.

Shirushi for Firefox saves the current page to a self-hosted Shirushi bookmark server without leaving the page. Shirushi is an open-source, single-user bookmark manager that you run on your own server. Learn more and find setup instructions at https://forge.harakara.site/littleisland/shirushi.

Configure your server URL and SHIRUSHI_API_TOKEN, then save pages with an editable title, note or summary, and tags. Search saved bookmarks and preview their notes or summaries directly in the extension popup.

This extension does not provide a hosted Shirushi service; a separately installed Shirushi server is required. It connects only to the HTTPS Shirushi server you select and does not use a developer-operated backend.

Requirements:
- Firefox 140 or later
- Shirushi v1.1.0 or later, reachable over HTTPS
- A Bearer token configured as SHIRUSHI_API_TOKEN on that server
