Your devices can be linked and associated with the near by Devices around you. Use SilverWall FireFox Add-On as part of your tool-chain to prevent this kind of sneakiness.

Right Click EXT Icon in Browser Task Bar, Select Manage EXT and goto Prefs to edit functionality.
