Discord's web client keeps the server rail and chat list on screen at all times, which eats into space you'd probably rather have back once the window gets narrow or ends up tiled next to something else. Slimcord watches the window size and tucks both away on its own, bringing them right back the moment you hover near where they used to sit.

What it does

• Hides the server list once the window narrows past a width you choose
• Collapses the chat list at a second, separate width you choose
• Hover near the edge to peek at chats without leaving them permanently open
• A small floating dock lets you toggle either list by hand, and snaps back next to Discord's Inbox icon with a double click
• No re-wrap animation, so messages don't jump around while you resize
• Toggles to remove the default set of icons (Nitro Gift, GIF, Stickers & Apps/Commands) from the chat box

Who it's for

Streamers who'd rather not show server names or a DM list on camera can set both panels to stay hidden for good, no resizing the app or hiding it between scenes. Anyone running Discord in a tiled window or on a smaller laptop screen gets the sidebar clutter out of the way so the actual conversation gets more room. Either way, nothing's lost. Everything's one hover or one click from coming back.

Privacy

Slimcord makes no network requests and collects no data of any kind. Settings are stored locally by Firefox and never leave your device.
