The Survey Dynamix for GC 1 add-on fixes the problem of Genesys Cloud agents accidentally ending interactions without transferring the caller to a survey. The solution is very simple. When you click End Call, the extension overrides this and chooses the option to transfer the caller to a queue of your choice. All you need to do is set the Queue Name in the extension options.
