Redesigned the toolbar popup so it looks like the SyncUp web app: dark theme, the room code in large type that copies when you click it, and clearer video and playback status.

The popup now notices when SyncUp does not have access to websites yet and offers a one click fix, so the web app stops asking you to install an extension you already have.
