The Declan Donoghue Foundation
The Declan Donoghue Foundation is a non-profit whose mission is to build playgrounds throughout the Piedmont Triad area (NC). The foundation was started by Declan's parents to honor their two-year old son, after he passed away in September 2010 from a rare immune genetic disease.
