made the code prettier to look at and adjusted the file structure for Chrome's dumbass manifest_v3 bullshit

Had to make my own pseudo-jQuery to get the extension to run. Don't know why I can't just use the site's.

Added shoddy alignment chart support and made the widths a bit less bad. Re-added the button that takes you to the other version and the button to view community rankings.

Changed to Manifest V3
