Infinite scrolling and recommended posts are a massive waste of time and breaks your brain's reward system.
This add-on removes the "reels" tab, hide posts in the "explore" tab and prevent you from scrolling in "recommended posts". In a nutshell, you will only be able to see the posts and stories from the people you are subscribed to. Optionally, the home feed can be disabled in preferences, leaving only the inbox accessible.
