I find this works really well and much faster than Applian's Replay Media Catcher, although once in a while I have to fall back to that other program because this one won't work on some individual pages or sites. However, most of the time, it is stellar and it was one of the best investments I have ever made. I use it all of the time, and while it was tricky to find out why it stopped working a couple of times and how to get support, overall I am more than pleased with this product.

Since the upgrade it works way better than before the only thing you have to remember if you're not familiar is that make sure the video that it see has data in it. For example, megabytes or a gig of data for larger files avoid the ones that don't have any data attached to it or has kilobytes of data. Those are not the full video.

Excellent and useful application! It's a pity that it doesn't download from YouTube anymore, but otherwise it's very good, works clearly and quickly, and also works in Linux, which is a big plus!
