My friends love this extension and always say they don't know what they would do without it. A few months back, it glitched for some of them and they were frustrated af about it!

Good extension. easy to use.

Some download failed after stopping at less then 10%. The video source loaded fine on those website.

I've been using the extension for years. Its great. The only complaint is that i bought it for chrome. Found out, after the fact, it couldn't download YouTube videos on chrome. So, I decided to use it on Firefox, and it turns out it requires separate licensing. So, basically, you have to buy it twice.

And, unlike most of the 1-star reviews, I don't think there is anything wrong with paying for a useful service, but I think having to pay twice because you are using a different browser (especially because I just would have got for Firefox in the first place if I knew I couldn't download YouTube videos on chrome) is a little much.

Works on a lot of sites. Doesn't on Youtube. Quality and format of downloads are very good.

Nice extension. Would be better if you could rename the files before they are downloaded instead of when they are about to be saved. This way you could rename a bunch of files in advance instead of waiting to do them individually. Also could you also download subtitles and any preview images of the video.

This used to be perfect. Now that it's been updated with fixes that didn't need fixing, it's buggy. Please bring back the previous version.
