Themes now travel with you: the same one click theme picker sits in the
forum header at forum.playvortex.io, and picking a theme anywhere moves
both stylesheets at once.

• Every theme kept a purple accent no matter which one you picked, and the
  quick play arrow disappeared into its own button. Both fixed.
• Themed the pages that were still showing the site's dark surfaces: the
  new Studio and Volts items in the navbar, game pages, the download page,
  Social, profiles and the catalog thumbnails.
• The template previews in the options page are now drawn from each
  theme's own palette, so they always match what you get.
• The options editor no longer opens empty when you have a stylesheet saved.
