Checks public IPs for a VPN connection before connecting to a URL. For example, your company has a VPN that you need to be on to access certain URLs. That VPN most likely has a static IP address. If you attempt to access the URL without being on the VPN, you'll receive a message to connect your VPN. Once connected and the extension validates the public IP matches then the URL is attempted.
