Used to be good, now just full of premium pop-ups, AI, and selling user data.

Bring back the Pre-AI version... New version is garbage... Have opted for a different extension

This extension has become unusable. I don't want to sign in to save my formatting settings, it takes 4 clicks to get rid of the stupid popup and then you also have to clear the AI popup. I really don't care if Wikiwand has AI in it or not but stop shoving it down our throats. set it off to the corner of the page and don't open the AI chat/summary until the user requests it.

Used to be a very nice wikipedia skin. But like so many things, it's been turned into a business that adds all kind of things I don't want--especially AI. I'll just go back to regular wikipedia.

I loved Wikiwand for years but the AI stuff is just too much. I don't want AI to dumb down a Wikipedia article for me, I can read just fine thanks! The rest of your features are not worth the headache of popups begging me to use AI so I'll pay for more functionality. Uninstalling!

Were the new AI features worth losing thousands of users? Your job is to pretty up wikipedia, not nagging me every time to login and use AI features. Bye bye.

Used to be lightweight and unobtrusive. Bloated with unnecessary AI features now.

It used to be a really great extension that made Wikipedia much nicer. And then a "genius" came up with the idea of integrating AI - and monetization at every turn. A great reading experience becomes a supermarket advertisement. Horrible. Everything ruined after so many years.

What a great addon it was! One of my essentials. 5/5 for like, years. You can **** off with this AI *** though. Not even gonna install it ever again, seeing if something has changed. You're done. 1/5, never recommending it to my friends, never trying it again. You've had one "job".... Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Also, Wiki has a dark mode now. This is all some of us needed. Thanks for ******* it up.

I used to love the UI improvements that Wikiwand made to wikipedia, but now they have filled their website with an AI chatbot, ads, popups, content locked behind an account, and other useless features. I will no longer be using wikiwand.

It used to be good some time ago. Last update made Wikipedia's Main page to appear broken introducing an AI chatbot and most customization features available before (including black theme) are now locked behind a monthly subscription paywall which promotes other AI features.

This extension used to be good, not anymore. Aint paying a single penny. AI horsesht garbage

This takes the collaborative spirit of Wikipedia and warps it into a mess filled with ads and shady connections. (At least) one of the developers has intellectually, materially and technologically benefited a discriminatory settler-colonial regime, which adds a disturbing layer to the whole project. This is the perfect example of 'entrepreneurs' taking someone else's hard work and making money off of it, all the while violating the spirit of the creation. Thanks but no, thanks. I'll stick to the boring old 'outdated' version of the site that the community has been diligently working on for ages instead of this AI filled garbage :)

Edit: forgot to add - check out how many servers worldwide this thing is shaking hands with in the background while you're reading your article on Nabataea or the Achaemenids. You might be terribly surprised.

Used this forever. But now the AI crap is annoying. Wikipedia has a nice looking site now. I don't need this bloat anymore. Also, don't pay for this mess. Give your money to Wikipedia directly.

The new layout is not needed and the AI features are absolutely useless and not needed. Wikiwand should be a wikipedia rebrand, not adding its own "features" that nobody asked for

Needless AI bandwagoning

Horrible user interface change. The developers added a paywall that on top of restricting access to AI features (i.e. summaries, which used to be free), it also now blocks customization through themes and fonts. Moreover, this terrible update made me learn that this product is sharing user data with 'partners'. Uninstalled.

The addon was great until the new update which changed the layout significantly, for the worse.

I installed this for the redesign, not for the AI features I do not care about. And now I have to stare at it, even if it's closed.
