Duplicate tab duplicates the current tab similar to right clicking and choosing `Duplicate` just with 100% less chance of accidentally closing the tab.

Fix Forum fixes the https://developer.salesforce.com/forums from showing All Questions when you went to a specific question by reloading the page with our the `#!/feedtype=RECENT&criteria=ALLQUESTIONS&` in the url.
