✨ If you like precisely located sites displayed with pixel perfect flags and the latest geo data — give this one a try!

📝 The extension shows country flag for the site opened in the current tab. It also shows precise IP address, city, region and country name in the icon hint and in the popup.

📍 Precise location is achieved using Firefox' browser.dns API — this means you are seeing the flag precisely for the IP address you are getting from your DNS server.

🥬 Geo data is resolved with free MaxMind City DB. IP database is updated daily, data is always fresh

🌏 Extension doesn't bundle the database to keep the size small and always provide the most up to date data. Domains are resolved using 🔐 the service that I run.

🙅‍♀️ Extension does not collect any data, nor does it track or identify users in any way. And never will.

🚩 Extension uses excellent "Flags of the World" icons by famfamfam. Icons and country codes are ISO 3166 compliant. Please do let me know if you encounter any issues with a country flag being displayed wrong.

💻 All data is cached locally, so minimal number of additional requests is made.
Cached data is invalidated after storing for a week.
