Privacy Enhanced Mode uses fewer cookies, collects less data, and prevents embedded videos from being recorded in your watch history on YouTube. Learn more.

Open the Options page via the Add-ons Manager to see a running tally of how many times the extension has upgraded you to Privacy Enhanced Mode.

This extension has no effect on the main YouTube website. ‘Embedded videos’ refers to videos hosted by YouTube that have been included on another website.
