When pausing a Youtube video, it will change the URL to be for the specific time when you paused the video, allowing you to continue watching later with the "Open previous windows and tabs" setting in Startup, even after restarting the browser.

BTW this plugin is partially vibe-coded but I looked at the code it wrote like it's not just blindly trusting the AI. I just thought I'd say this for transparency.
