Thank you.- Man bekommt "testweise" erst einmal die Premium Variante "untergejubelt" und wird dann genötigt, diese dann kostenpflichtig weiter zu benutzen. Es gibt keinerlei Möglichkeit seinen Account selbsständig zu löschen. Wendet man sich an den Support, wird man mit eMails von "ZenMate-Bots" abgespeist ... allein die Geschäftspraktik ist für mich indiskutabel! Mal sehen, wie lange es dauert, bis mein Account gelöscht wird ...

9년 전에 게시됨Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit unserem Service nicht zufrieden sind. Allerdings haben Sie natürlich die Möglichkeit, nach dem Testzeitraum die kostenlose Version weiter zu benutzen. Natürlich freuen wir uns, wenn Sie Premium-Kunde sind. Denn nur mit der Premium-Variante können wir unseren Service anbieten, ohne auf die Aufzeichnung und Weitergabe von Daten angewiesen zu sein.

::UPDATE::
Upgrading your Firefox browser to Firefox Quantum automatically removes old add-ons that are incompatible with the new version of Firefox. This is not an issue that is caused by ZenMate, but by upgrading your browser.
