I see ZERO adverts, surfing the web, even on YouTube ZERO adverts, none. I also use uBlock Origin. The combination of the two(2) = No adverts.

Was great until a pop up just literally wouldnt close until I wrote this review. Uninstalling now.

I've been using it for a few years on four computers with two browsers each (Firefox and Vivaldi). I barely notice it, but it really works. I can see what it's blocked and change it, but so far, I've never had any issues with a broken website. Ha! And I don't have to constantly tick boxes to refuse cookies.
