TestingView Add-on End User License Agreement (EULA)

By installing or using the TestingView add-on (the “Add-on”), you agree to this agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Add-on.

1. Grant of license
   You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Add-on for your personal or internal business use with the TradingView platform (https://www.tradingview.com), subject to this EULA, TradingView’s terms, and any applicable subscription terms for TestingView at https://testingview.com.
2. Restrictions
   You may not, and may not allow others to:

copy, modify, adapt, or create derivative works of the Add-on except as permitted by law;
reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Add-on except where applicable law expressly allows it;
sublicense, sell, rent, lease, or distribute the Add-on;
use the Add-on to violate law, third-party rights, or TradingView’s policies;
interfere with or circumvent security, licensing, or usage limits of the Add-on or related services.
3. TradingView
The Add-on is not affiliated with or endorsed by TradingView. You must have your own TradingView account and comply with TradingView’s terms. TestingView does not unlock TradingView plan features or data you do not already have access to.

1. Intellectual property
   The Add-on, TestingView name, branding, and related materials are owned by TestingView.com (or its licensors). This EULA does not transfer any ownership to you.
2. Disclaimer
   The Add-on and any related services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Simulated trading and statistics are for practice and analysis only; they are not financial advice and do not guarantee future results.
3. Limitation of liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, TestingView.com and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or trading outcomes, arising from your use of the Add-on. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Add-on will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Add-on in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or USD $50 if you paid nothing.
4. Termination
   This license ends automatically if you breach this EULA. We may suspend or terminate access to the Add-on at any time. When the license ends, you must stop using and uninstall the Add-on.
5. Changes
   We may update this EULA. Material changes will be posted at https://testingview.com/terms or communicated through the Add-on or website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
