Attention Budget makes each new piece of YouTube content a conscious choice. Configure a rolling video-count budget, watch-time budget, or both. Strict mode lets an accountability partner retain the PIN needed to exceed limits or weaken protection.

Minimal YouTube / Human curation mode optionally replaces the recommendation feed with deliberate paths: search, Watch Later, subscriptions, YouTube History, and local Budget History.
