Claude Pulse is a browser extension designed to provide real-time metrics (token counts, cache timers, and usage limits) for users of Claude.ai. Your privacy is a fundamental priority.

1. Data Collection and Usage
   Claude Pulse does not collect, store, or transmit any user data.

Local Processing: All tokenization, usage calculations, and countdown timers are processed entirely within your browser's local memory.
No Data Exfiltration: No text from your conversations, organization IDs, or usage metrics ever leave your machine. The extension does not communicate with any external servers.
Access to Claude.ai: The extension reads data from your own Claude.ai session to display it back to you. This data is never sensitive to the developer or any third party.
2. Permissions
The extension only runs on https://claude.ai/*. It uses this access solely to surface metrics that are already available in your active session. It does not require or use permissions for:

storage
identity
cookies (beyond identifying your active Claude session locally)
management
3. Third-Party Services
Claude Pulse does not integrate with any third-party analytics, tracking icons, or advertising services.

1. Changes to this Policy
   If the extension's functionality changes in a way that affects your privacy, this policy will be updated. However, our commitment to local-only processing will remain a core principle.
