CogVault AutoFill Autor: Harsh Modi

CogVault Fill autofills usernames, passwords, and TOTP codes from your CogVault password manager.

How it works
- Unlock only in the CogVault desktop app (this extension never asks for your master password).
- Optional: turn on “Share unlock with browser” so the extension can import an unlock session via native messaging.
- On login pages, click the CogVault icon in a field to fill matching credentials or a 2FA code.
- Optional encrypted sync uses Firebase; only ciphertext is stored remotely. Vault decryption stays on your device.

Permissions
- Access to websites: detect login/2FA fields and offer fill on the current page.
- Native messaging: talk to the CogVault desktop app when you opt in.
- Storage / clipboard: cache the unlocked session locally and copy codes when you choose.

Requires the CogVault desktop app for unlock. Works offline after sync.
