Parses information on the https://steamcommunity.com/id/*/gcpd/730/?tab=matchhistorycompetitive page for users, then calls Steam Web API endpoints to get ban status and display inline.

To use: pin the add-on to the toolbar, click the icon, and click 'Check Bans'. To avoid 429s from rate limiting, there are some wait times added so for large amounts of matches, it will be slow. Errors will be visible in the console. Reset button should clear all internal data and undo any UI changes. Should that fail, a refresh will do the same.
