Tweaked all settings and nothing worked. Not sure what to do now since I can't even turn it on without websites slowing to an unusable crawl.

I only get one reply here so unfortunately cannot continue a conversation, but would love to get to the bottom of this. I have no idea why. I tried tweaking with the settings, like the block page setting, but no such luck.
