DownXVideo - Twitter/X Video Downloader Autor: kxnotes

DownXVideo adds a download button to every supported public Twitter/X video in Mozilla Firefox. Click the button to save that video as an MP4 without copying the post link or opening another downloader page.

• One button for each video in timelines and post pages.
• Supports single videos, multiple videos, GIFs delivered by X as MP4, and quoted posts.
• Choose the highest quality, a 1080p or 720p cap, or select a quality each time.
• Use readable filenames and keep quality, filename, and button preferences in local browser storage.
• Parses public posts with X syndication first and cookie-free X guest GraphQL only after a technical failure.
• Sends the source MP4 directly to the browser download manager; DownXVideo does not host or upload the video.

The extension does not read X cookies, login state, private messages, passwords, or account information. Only if both local parsing paths fail and you explicitly choose the website fallback is the public post URL sent to DownXVideo.
