doesn't work

This is an awesome tool that I have been using for years to download videos to watch later. The current version is at the beta stage so is still under development. There are some minor issues that need sorting out, however the developers are working hard to resolve these. In the meanwhile they are providing excellent technical support to fix problems experienced by individual users. Given the low subscription price for this excellent tool, this level of support is extremely impressive. The current beta version of the app is a little clunky but it works well so I’m more than happy to wait for the develops to release the finalised version.

This add-on is awesome. I am a professional development instructor and I grab a lot of videos to use in my classes and this helps out immensely!

Hello, I am a pro user who has donated to use this add on (for downloading art videos from classes - with permission) and suddenly it's stopped working completely. When I read support it appears that there should be work arounds but none of them worked for me and it says I can't contact support. I have donated to support this creator and now am left without a working option to download my art videos. If this is fixed, I'll update my review. But for now I've paid this developer and what I paid for isn't working. The owner says there is a program we can now buy from him but you have to pay again/more. It's sad. I wish the owner would honor those of us who bought from him with either another option or a refund.

They are continuously updating to meet the changes on the web and they have a responsive customer service to help with problems.. and the app gets better and better ..
