Extra osu! Filters Autor: Nick Cothran

Adds extra filters to the Osu! website's beatmap search. It does this by expanding the old "user tags" menu into a proper filters menu including the normally hidden filters such as stars=5, artist="", ar>9, etc. In all this extension has 19 filters + the old user tags filter page.

All of the added filters use the hidden search filters shown on https://osu.ppy.sh/wiki/en/Beatmap_search . This extension just creates a user friendly interface so you don't have to remember and manually type them in.
