WHAT MAKES THIS ONE DIFFERENT

• You choose the odds. Ultra-rare, Rare, Normal, Terraria-faithful, or any 1-in-N you care to type, changed any time from the toolbar button.
• There is a Test button, so you can see it once on your own terms instead of waiting to be ambushed.
• Foxy is transparent over the page you were actually reading. Your inbox, your pull request, still visible behind him. It is not a video player taking over a tab.
• It only counts seconds you are actually browsing. No rolling while the browser is in the background, while your machine is idle, or while your screen is locked, so a tab left open overnight does not burn your odds.
• It is actively maintained, and the full source is public.

HOW THE ODDS WORK

This is a port of the Terraria mod "1/10000 Chance for Withered Foxy Jumpscare Every Second" by yonsan (YMY), retuned for a browser you leave open all day rather than a play session. It rolls once per second of active browsing, at 1 in 100,000 by default.

The wait is sampled from a geometric distribution rather than rolled on a timer, because browsers throttle background timers and would quietly bias the odds in your favour. The rarity you pick is the rarity you get.

PRIVACY

It reads nothing, stores nothing about you, and sends nothing anywhere. It makes no network requests at all. The only data it keeps is your own settings and a countdown, both on your device.
