Gmail Attachment Mover does not collect, store, sell, or transmit personal data.

The add-on runs locally in the user’s browser on mail.google.com. It only modifies the visible Gmail page layout by moving the existing Gmail attachment section closer to the top of an open email thread.

No email content, attachments, account information, browsing activity, or personal data is sent to the developer or to any third party.
