Despite being known as a bad practice, some URLs do contain sensitive information - for instance, this is possible when using the implicit grant OAuth flow. With version 1.2, these OAuth URL parameters are redacted by default and will not be stored in the Excel document. For other scenarios, the mechanism is extensible, and regular expression find-and-replace "redaction rules" beyond the OAuth one can be configured.
