Changed the position of the 'expand direct children' button to below the comment, which is more ergonomic, especially for longer comments.

Added a "[==]" button to expand all direct children of a comment. This satisfies the desire to glance over the responses to a good comment deeper in a thread without having to expand each of them individually.
