It overwrites referral URLs and cookies from social affiliate links, effectively swooping in at the last second to steal the affiliate program commission on the sale from the social media person that originally helped you find the website / product. Also, the rewards program is a scam by swooping in to get the commission, and sharing a minute fraction of the affiliate commission with you.
- honey overwrites their own affiliated links (the kick back to the promoter/brands when you click their link) with a paypal link. if that's at least 50% of the reason you use it, do not use.
if you only care about the discounts, even then, honey isn't finding/providing the best of the discounts possible. they limit what it can find for you basically by dealing with those online storefronts before hand and making sure you get something for your click. but hey, that 3 honey gold tho. if $.89 is worth your integrity, keep/download this extension. - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 17864911, rok temuIt is a scam. It overwrites affiliate links, while coupon codes are managed by partnering shops.

- Ocena: 1/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 18746694, rok temuThis app steals referral links last click so PayPal gets the commission. They conspire with stores to limit what discounts you can use.
If it's not fraud, I don't know what is. - Ocena: 1/5Autor: Użytkownik Firefoksa 13533521, rok temuErweiterung jubelt Kunden heimlich Affiliate-Cookies unter
- Borderline malware. Replaces referral links with their own at the last moment on checkout, even if you're purchasing through someone else's referral link. They often don't list a deal so that they can push the line that you're already getting the best deal, then they get a cut through their referral, when deals do in fact exist and are easy to find. Never install this extension.
- Ocena: 1/5Autor: no need for that, rok temuHoney only shows store approved coupons (usually 5-10%) which are rarely the best deals. In addition they get their money from taking commission on your purchases, stealing money from anyone who actually refers you to a product, and they do this regardless of whether or not they provided you with a coupon or not.
You're better off hunting for coupon codes the old fashioned way to get the best deals, even if it takes longer. - This is a scam addon that changes affiliate tracking links to steal from online creators, even when it doesn't find any coupon codes to apply. It also does not find you the best deal, Honey purposely finds worse deals for you on products by companies that partner with them.
