Banned my account, gave no reason. Didn't even get to use it and stole my 50$. It immediately banned me and they still charged. me, support told me to stop emailing them and would not refund me. Literally banned me in milliseconds. I would go far enough to say this is a scam service as it used to be good years ago.

I tried a lot of times, ALL THE COUNTRIES, in free version (16 countries) again and again. Always the same result: "Could not connect to any server in....". Ι think that the free version is just a "scum" for to download the add-on and after to constrain you to buy the premium version

I had this turned on before I used a torrent, and then it either a) turned off without warning but before I dl the torrent b) Hoxx shared private dl information with industry where I got a copyright letter/warning from my ISP. Or is Hoxx now owned by an industry copyright protection organization?
If the VPN isn't capable of doing the one thing it is supposed to be doing, it's worthless. There's no warning when it decides to shut off, a major flaw in the design.
