Settings overhaul & bug fixes

• Fixed: settings panel had duplicate element IDs
  throughout the HTML — all Settings features
  (exclusions, UA suffix, counter toggle) were
  silently broken as event listeners were wired
  to hidden elements. Root cause eliminated.
• Excluded sites: Add button and × removal now
  work correctly. WhatsApp and Cloudflare shown
  with a lock icon as permanent built-in entries.
• User-Agent suffix: custom suffix saves and
  updates the Status tab preview instantly.
• Enable announcement counter: toggle completely
  pauses all counting when off (previously only
  filtered F5 reloads, not navigations/searches).
  Renamed to make behaviour clear.
• Appearance: Light / Dark theme toggle restored
  to Settings after it was accidentally removed.
• Status tab: new footer panel showing
  announcement count, days active, and current
  rank — always visible without switching tabs.
  Rank displayed in its own full-width row to

Cloudflare challenge pages (challenges.cloudflare.com) are now excluded from UA modification — captcha no longer fails or loops infinitely.

Fixed the easter egg message being cut off in the Credits tab — reduced spacing between credits entries so all content fits within the popup without resizing the window.
