When it works, it works well. However, it has two major problems:

1. Frequently just stops auto-filling entirely (only on Firefox, I have not noticed this problem in Chrome). No idea why. The extension is active and I am logged in. Sometimes restarting Firefox fixes it, sometimes not. If you contact support, they say "reinstall the extension, reset your browser to factory settings, etc." Sorry but those are not acceptable solutions.

2. The sync between devices seems either broken or much slower than it should be. If I add a password on my phone and then check in this browser extension, the new password is nowhere to be found BUT if I log out and log back in, it appears. Infuriating.

Please stop opening a new tab telling me how to pin the keeper addon to my toolbar: I don't want to pin it. I keep most addons unpinned. This is obnoxious behavior and makes me resent having to use keeper.

Recently started using Keeper in work, which seems to work okay in itself. This extension, however, doesn't. It basically hangs Firefox and makes it consume memory until there is no more to consume – and I have plenty. Must disable it to not kill my whole system due to memory shortage. Haven't been able to log in yet. Version 16.7.6 on Firefox 123.0 (64-bit), macOS 12.7.2 (x86).

I do like Keeper and it works great for me most of the time. But there is a strange issue that embedded Tweets won't load on websites as long as the Keeper extension is activated in Firefox. I don't understand the reason for this but I could narrow it down to the Keeper extension.

I don't like having to create an account to use a simple extension so that's a no from me

Massive memory hog, triples resource usage in Firefox.

Just doesn't work with Yubikey. Can't even log in. Support response is to brush you off with the typical "delete everything and try again" rather than making any effort to diagnose and fix the problem.

After latest update, there is issue with yubikey.

I love the extension and use Keeper for a very long time but lately the extension does not work properly. For example, I cannot even log in when the extension is active, I can reach the Web vault only after I disable the extension.

So far it has been working fine. But when come to github.dev or vscode web editor based website, this addon will somehow causing content not being loaded.

Extension Crashes browser to desktop when enabled.
No error messages given. Do not know why.
Does not allow function of the browser.
Does not allow login to Keeper Vault.
Crashes immediately.
