Mozhi Translate Unofficial Autor: Privacy OSS

Mozhi Translate Unofficial routes your translation requests through a Mozhi instance, an open source proxy that talks to Google Translate, DeepL, Yandex, Reverso and other engines on your behalf and returns the result, so the translator never sees your IP or browsing pattern directly. You stay in control of which server handles your text.

First-Time Setup:
1. Click the extension icon in the toolbar
2. Go to Settings and configure:
- API Endpoint: Mozhi instance URL (defaults to https://mozhi.aryak.me)
- Translation Engine: Google, DeepL, Yandex, etc.
- Source/Target Languages: Your preferred languages
- Floating Button: Enable/disable the selection button

Usage:
- Select any text on a page, right click, and choose a target language.
- The extension queries your chosen Mozhi instance over HTTPS.
- The translation appears in a small overlay next to your selection.

This is an unofficial extension. Mozhi is developed independently at codeberg.org/aryak/mozhi.
