The sentence says بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم (bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm) in Arabic, meaning "In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful."

um..wish the artist had told in english what the sentence was and also the description in english...lovely theme though :D
