Privacy Policy for Odoo Timesheet Systray

Odoo Timesheet Systray helps users create, edit, and review timesheet entries in Odoo Online from a browser toolbar popup.

The extension does not collect, store, or transmit Odoo passwords. Users log into Odoo directly in their browser.

The extension communicates only with Odoo Online pages on *.odoo.com using the user’s existing browser session. It may read project, task, employee, and timesheet information from the selected Odoo database, and it may send create, edit, delete, search, and timer-related requests to that Odoo database.

The extension does not send user data to the developer or to any third-party server.

The extension stores limited settings locally in the browser, including the selected Odoo database, reusable description snippets, timer state, and appearance preferences such as dark mode. Users can remove this data by uninstalling the extension or clearing extension storage.

The extension uses the requested permissions only to provide its timesheet functionality.
