Price Converter Popup Autor: Soulless

Price Converter Popup lets you convert prices as you read. Highlight any amount on any page — whether it uses a currency symbol ($, €, £, ¥, ₹, ֏, ₽, and more) or a three-letter currency code (USD, EUR, RUB, AMD, ...) — and a small popup appears above the selection showing what the price is worth in your chosen currencies.

The popup always shows one currency in a large font and the rest in smaller lines below, without ever repeating the same currency. If you select a price in your first primary currency, the second primary currency becomes the big line; otherwise the first primary currency is used.

Works on any website, with prices written in most common formats, including European-style numbers like 1.234,56.
Configure your currencies from the toolbar button: pick two primary currencies and up to three secondary currencies.
Live exchange rates updated hourly from open.er-api.com.
Popup automatically places itself above the selection (and scrolls the page slightly if needed) so it never covers the highlighted text.
Clean and unobtrusive: it only appears when you select text that actually contains a price.
Lightweight: only the storage permission and access to the exchange-rate service are used.
Privacy: this add-on collects, stores, or transmits no personal data. It reads only the text you select, converts it locally, and fetches anonymous exchange rates. No account or sign-up is required.
