"Auto block trackers" sounds good.
But the reality is, this caused so many troubles.
It breaks so many websites, so I often had to turn it off.
In the end, I just stopped using this.

It is well designed to act i automatic blocking... i like it.

Helps with tracking from corporations. You can trust the EFF and therefore this addon. If you can, send them a donation. EFF does so much for internet privacy that most people don't know about. We need them!

Still works on YouTube on 12/20/2024 after uBlock stopped working

This add-on is an essential one for me. I have been using it since it's earliest days, and with the amount of tracking going on, I need something that will keep the most egregious of companies from doing it anyway.

The best part? After using them for a long time, you (almost) forget how much it would annoy you. All those single pixel ads, instant playing video ads, and more, are history!
