- Added a first-run consent screen disclosing the window.ravencoin dApp
  provider, per-origin approval flow, SPV network traffic, and the absence
  of telemetry. window.ravencoin is no longer injected into web pages until
  the user accepts the consent screen.
- Added Settings → dApp Provider Consent: review or revoke consent at any
  time.
- Refactored popup rendering to use safe DOM construction throughout
  (no more innerHTML on dynamic values).
