Seed Oil Tracker shows you a letter grade for the restaurant you are looking at, based on the estimated seed oil (PUFA) content of its menu.

While you browse DoorDash, Uber Eats, Yelp, or Google Maps, a small badge appears with the grade, the oil the chain cooks with, and the cleanest thing to order there. Click the toolbar icon to look up any of 500+ US chains by name.

Data comes from seedoiltracker.com, the largest restaurant seed oil database, built from published nutrition data and disclosed cooking oils. The full dataset is free and openly licensed (CC BY 4.0).

Privacy: the extension sends only restaurant names to seedoiltracker.com. No browsing history, no personal data, no analytics.
