Stillwater Guard processes current page URLs, visible title and body text, sensitivity or moderation markers, outbound links, and request destinations locally in the browser only while a page is open. It does not send this information to our servers or create a server-side browsing history.

Settings, protection-lock state, and timer state are stored locally on the device. Changing settings overwrites the relevant values; uninstalling the add-on removes its local extension data.

Stillwater Guard does not sell, share, or transmit browsing information; use it for advertising, lending, or creditworthiness; or have humans read it. The add-on has no accounts, analytics, or remote code. All executable logic is packaged with the add-on.

The optional Stillwater Guard Focus Toolkit and Stripe checkout are separate from the free add-on and receive no browsing data. Buying or declining the toolkit never changes blocker behavior.
