update: The problem has been solved!

dont know whats going on but its failing to get the tweet author name for the file now. edit: it now works sometimes.

started using this when i switched to firefox and its great.

sadly it seems to currently be broken as the download button does nothing.

Was really good. Unfortunately, some recent change, likely outside of the authors control, made it so the account names always show as 'unknown', and after working normally for a bit when I first launch Firefox, the extension eventually starts trying to save media twice or more times.

The update today 2025-apr-26 seems to have it working again. AWESOME!

It has a large problem. It tries to save every image as a .jpg, even if it's a .png, and this causes downloads to break if you set it to legible filenames, and if you don't then it will download things as .png.jpg files.

If that bug was fixed, though, it would be perfect. This is the only Twitter Media Downloader that can still save art in one click while appending the name of the artist and the tweet number you got it from to the filename, so it's fantastic for keeping track of where you got your fanart.

Works great! Was updated recently to fix the X domain name change.

Only missing the possibility to download media from LOCKED ACCOUNTS. Please add this feature in the next update.
