se los recomiendo es de las mejores extenciones de firefox para la descarga de videos de paginas web ( a excepcion de algunas) ademas muy facil de usar ... primera ves que recomiendo una extencion

Video DownloadHelper is one of the top and only add-on I use regularly. I'm getting into video editing and photoshop and being able successfully download a clip from youtube or audio from any video hosting site to watch later or send to friends is fairly simple using this app.

It has allowed me to download free things that I want to watch later. I will say that, once in a while, things get a little screwy and the download isn't readable in QuickTime....or it doesn't show up in the DWhelper file. But it usually works out in the end.
