(copied from Firefox user 16990717: I feel exactly the same) The new version feels like a slap in the face. In exchange for a slightly more modern user interface you have severely limited the functionality of the extension and have essentially taken away the ability for the user to configure the extension to their liking. I Have rolled back to the the last update before this and have disabled updates. Im not sure if this downgrade and reduced funtionality was done due to pressure from Google, or new management, or greed but it is very disappointing. I will begin looking into alternatives to this extension that has served me well for over 5 years. Please reconsider this new direction, this feels insulting.

I've been using this application for years but after the 12\23 update, the downloader is completely broken. It will not download anything.
It will start the process and it says there is an error and the video could not be completed. Hopefully this error gets fixed asap.
