VOD Review Enhancements Autor: Kaden Gibbs

VOD Review Enhancements is a companion extension for vodreview.app. It improves the Twitch and BiliBili streams embedded on the site's multi-stream review workspace, and only works there.

It adds three features to the embedded players:

• Audio Compressor (Twitch): a Web Audio dynamic range compressor that evens out loud and quiet audio across your streams, so you don't have to keep riding the volume. Toggle it on from the Settings panel on vodreview.app. (Modeled on the well-known FrankerFaceZ audio compressor.)

• Playback Fix (Twitch): keeps the embedded players from pausing or refusing to start when they're partially covered by the site's own UI, when the browser tab is in the background, or when a hidden player is brought to the foreground. This resolves a built-in player pausing behavior in both Chrome and Firefox.

• BiliBili support: for BiliBili streams on vodreview.app, it shows whether a channel is currently live and lets you mute, adjust volume, and pause/play the embedded BiliBili player, bringing BiliBili streams up to parity with the Twitch ones.

How it works:
The extension runs on the embedded players it enhances (player.twitch.tv and www.bilibili.com) and on vodreview.app itself, and is controlled entirely from the vodreview.app website. There is no separate popup or options page in the extension itself.

Privacy:
The extension collects no personal data and contains no tracking, ads, or third party code. Its only network request is a BiliBili live status check, sent to BiliBili's own public API for the BiliBili streams you view on vodreview.app; it sends only a public channel ID and stores nothing.
