tried on 22/01/25 on Win7-Pro, 8GB RAM, latest Firefox, Dell Precision M3300 - on different websites. It gives you the option to download even opens the save as window but fails when trying to download.

I gave it a five stars previously, but it doesn't work anymore. However it is the case with all the YouTube Downloader add-ons that I tried lately. So it is something YouTube changed, and it appears difficult to defeat. I will give it five stars again when it works again.
