It didnt block youtube ads. It blocked the video so only the audio played and hid the skip button so I couldnt stop the ads.

Great extension

It seems to me that YouTube has gone a new way and places advertisements in front of the video as if this is the video that I want to watch. Adblock in this case does not work at all.
